As students ourselves, we know that problems often pop up while working on homework in between tutoring sessions.  We offer free online help for ongoing students that want it.  While this does not mean hours and hours on the computer every day, we can certainly help out with a problem or two, or briefly explain a concept.  Provided below is a chat box for simple problems.  Please note, this is a public chat, and anyone currently on the site can view it.  Use only your first name, or a nickname, and do not reveal any confidential information.  Once you enter your name, simply select "enter without a password".

For more complex problems, we work with a free online service called Scriblink.  This online whiteboard enables us to work out problems visually with a student in real time.  This is much more secure, and requires a unique html address for every session.  If you wish to use this, send us a message, and we will send you the html needed.  This easy application is highly recommended and a very useful for many students!

Again, these services are only provided for your convenience, and are by no means necessary.  Also, as this is a free service, and we have busy lives, it is not guaranteed we will be able to help right when asked.  We will attempt to assist you as soon as possible, or will refer you over to another tutor, if they can spare the time.
